Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Queenie Clem are non-refundable. Clients may cancel services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused hours, partial usage, or early termination. Any refunds issued are solely at the discretion of Queenie Clem. In the event that your account or services are suspended or terminated due to a breach of the service agreement, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued.
