1. Services Provided

Queenie Clem provides remote virtual assistant services including administrative support, inbox management, client coordination, scheduling, and content-related tasks. All services are provided remotely and tailored to meet individual client needs.

2. Terms of Services and Fees

All services and corresponding fees are detailed in individual client agreements. Fees are subject to change with prior notice, and such changes will apply at the beginning of the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to introduce new services and fees at any time.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp. Failure to pay on time may result in a delay or suspension of services.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Queenie Clem are non-refundable. Clients may cancel services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused hours, partial usage, or early cancellation. Refunds, if granted, are solely at the discretion of Queenie Clem. If your account or services are terminated due to a breach of agreement, no refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary instructions, materials, and timely communication. Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional relationship and meet deadlines for information or approvals. Failure to do so may impact the quality or timing of service delivery.

6. Confidentiality

All client data, files, and communications are treated as confidential. We will not disclose or share your information except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original content, data, and branding. Queenie Clem retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or processes used in service delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Queenie Clem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or delayed client input. Service is provided ‘as is’ with no guarantees or warranties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
