Gentry’s Journey: the purpose is to provide a platform to authors, entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals who might not have a platform to present their subject matter; this stage is an opportunity to speak regarding their brand, books, and professional knowledge on healthcare topics. Being a new author, I discovered what do you do after having authored your book. The answer is marketing, how to market? How do you align yourself with like-minded individuals and professionals? How do you get exposure? By being on various platforms. As a nurse, educating patients and families regarding disease processes and procedure preparations is most important. I believe in advocating for people by sharing my knowledge and assisting them with being a healthier individual.
