This story is about a 10-year-old girl name Madelyn Bell better known as Maddie Bell. This is a story about her faith and trust in God. After the death of her grandmother, her life gets worse. She is shipped off to an abusive foster home. This young girl had faith all throughout the book and it really helped her through. The theme is faith and prayer. I really enjoyed this short story. This was an emotional read for me. I give this book 5 stars. I also recommend this book.
